What are your office hours and gate access hours?
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The facility at 1970 US 60 East is gated with access from 8 AM – 8 PM. All other facilities offer 24-hour access.
Do I need my own lock?
Tenants are responsible for providing their own locks.
Are your storage units secure?
All locations are under 24-hour video surveillance and are very secure.
Are the units climate controlled?
Climate-controlled units are available at our 801 and 1900 US 60 West locations.
What unit sizes do you offer?

Unit contracts are month-to-month.

Units are easily accessible by vehicle.

We do not offer outdoor storage.
How do I rent a storage unit?
Units may be rented via our website or by calling (606) 200-3939 during office hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cash, check, money order, or credit card.
Do you offer automatic payments?
Auto-payments can be set up through our website.
Is there a deposit required?
No deposit is required.
Can I store a vehicle in a storage unit?
Yes, we allow vehicle storage in our larger units.
Do I need insurance for my belongings?
Renters insurance is suggested but not mandatory. Facility insurance does not cover unit contents.
How do I cancel my unit?
Once a unit has been emptied and the lock removed, please notify us by phone or email.
