What are your office hours and gate access hours?
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The facility at 1970 US 60 East is gated with access from 8 AM – 8 PM. All other facilities offer 24-hour access.
Do I need my own lock?
Tenants are responsible for providing their own locks.
Are your storage units secure?
All locations are under 24-hour video surveillance and are very secure.
Are the units climate controlled?
Climate-controlled units are available at our 801 and 1900 US 60 West locations.
